Descripción

The storm drain at corner of E Aycock & Sunrise Ave (directly behind/beside the fire hydrant) is badly clogged of trash and vegetation. It does not allow the water to drain properly and the street floods... this picture was taken a few hours after the rain on Sunday, July 19
