Some of the planted trees are dead/dying. Weeds in the area. Please advise. Plant new trees for the dead ones.

Abutting property owner required to mow area. This addresses weeds. Trees to be assessed in the coming weeks.
The abutting property owner is a school. They have ignored contact to just mow their own weeds. It's beyond ridiculous at this point. Rodent nesting, etc.
