Descrição

This street needs the section between Dexter Avenue and Elton Avenue repaved. Potholes after potholes have asphalt put on them only to make it worse. It is so bumpy and full of holes. Both sides of Nichols have been paved except for this 2 block stretch. Why not finish it???
