Pothole still not repaired in 1.5 square mile Hapeville. There has to be budget and time to keep roads better than third world country status?

Why are we investing in fancy brick crosswalks, that will need much maintenance, once ice begins to work on the mortar in winter, when there are so many potholes that need repair?

Have not checked it out in about two months, but at that time it had not been repaired (right next to Grecian Restaurant).
