Descripción
As of 10:45 AM on 6/18/2015 the sidewalk along the south side of Lake Merritt Blvd between 11th St and the Kaiser Auditorium parking entrance was completely blocked by security fencing.
If there is a valid encroachment permit for this blockage of the public right of way please post the required signs at each end of the block indicating that the route is currently closed.
If there is no valid permit then please clear the blockage and cite the violator for what is a significant ADA path-of-travel violation.
