The restaurant Send A Chef, located at 1302 Hull St, does not dispose of their trash in a dumpster. Rather, they overfill regular garbage cans and leave used cardboard boxes in the alley. They keep the garbage cans behind the laundromat next door. The way they dispose of trash fosters a huge fly problem and exacerbates the issue of stray/feral cats in the neighborhood.
