Not sure how long this line has been down. I noticed it this afternoon. It definitely needs to be a priority. As of 4:30 PM, there was not any tape up to alert park patrons of the hazardous wire.

Dominion Virginia Power was contacted and the City of Richmond was advised that there are no open tickets for this concern so this issue has been resolved.
