This is a duplicate request please see service request # 15-00127966. Location inspected on 5/22/15 @ 11:15 am. At the time of inspection waste was found in the middle of the street. Forwarded to SACD for removal via telephone request in addition to a service request. Inspected the location today as well waste has been removed. No cause for any further action.
