The demolition board granted George Schneider 30 days to fix this dilapidated structure up, it recently caught fire and the fire department pumped an estimated 4500 gallons of water into this house to put the fire out. Witnesses stated water was gushing out the foundation. The fire marshal had the house boarded -up and put a lock on the door, it is under investigation for suspected arson. This house needs to be torn down!
