This address has a dog/s that frequently and continually bark and yelp disturbing the peace of the neighbors at all hours of the day and into the late evenings. This occurs many times during the day for hours on end. Then will stop for a brief time, then continue for hours on end. This has been ongoing for over a year or more. Neighbors have tried everything including direct contact with the dog owner.
