Please check with police department and city. Multiple complaints have been filed where they dogs were observed barking with law enforcement and city workers. The owner has done very little to abate the issue except sit in his backyard periodically telling his dogs no.

The only time these dogs are NOT barking is sometimes in late morning and early afternoon. Please inspect again, especially in late afternoon through late evenings. Nobody within about 15 houses distance can stand to be outside with the constant barking and yelping. We want to enjoy our nice weather outside just like everyone else but we have this constant nuisance!

Alleged violations of the animal noise ordinance are addressed by the Queen Creek Police Department on a complaint basis as per the Town Ordinance as follows:

9-6-7 Animal Noise
It is unlawful to keep or harbor any animal which by frequent, habitual or continued barking, yelping or howling, crowing or the making of any noise disturbs the peace of the residential neighborhood. Violation of this Section is a Civil Offense.

The Animal Noise ordinance requires at least two or more complaining neighbors from separate households, willing to be witnesses as to how they are disturbed or otherwise affected by the animal noise. If the barking is constant and requires an immediate response please call the Queen Creek Police non-emergency number at 480-358-3500.
