From Rolesville to Ligon Mill Road traffic is at a complete standstill most mornings. Takes around an hour to get to Glenwood Ave. Once past Ligon Mill Road traffic is fine. Work needs to be done to that red light to let more cars go through so it does not pile up for 5 miles and take 45 minutes or more to get to Ligon Mill Road.
