Description
Car license plate no. I 776 sighted illegally park at 12: 27pm blocking Right Turning Lane, and parked on an angle making matters worse. This Right turning lane is continuosly violated and poses a nuiasance to drivers who wish to promote safety and the flow of traffic at this intersection of Hancock and billings Road.

I just contacted the parking manager and asked that a Parking Control Officer be sent over to issue a ticket for any violations in the area.
