Sharraxaadda

Residents leave their trash and recycle bins in the alley all week. They refuse to pull them onto their property after trash day, which is on Wednesday for our area. Where they keep them in the alley blocks my entry into my parking spot, and makes it difficult to park my car in my yard without scratching it on their cans.
