This is a unique situation. The graffiti is on private property. We have removed the the graffiti twice, with the owners permission. Each time we do this the owner was painting over the wall because our removal method left the wall in bad shape. Each time we removed the graffiti it would reappear. The property owner would not allow us to remove it this time; which is their right. Sorry.
