I have a suggestion, since this type of thing comes up a lot and yet nothing ever happens (the Raleigh Blvd pothole situation has never improved in the 2 years I've seen people open a SCF issue about it). Could the COR contact the NCDOT about this on behalf of SCF. No one in this city knows which streets are city maintained or state maintained, even the people who check SCF have to look it up, so how about avoiding the 'not my problem' type answer like this and just forwarding the issue on to the correct place? COR does it with various other aspects of the city management so why not this?
