Residents of 2028 store/dump garbage in front of house as well as the empty lot next to their residence (2030 Manton Street). This is an ongoing issue and has been reported multiple times.

2028 also stores large equipment in the front of the house. The euipment is used for the illegal car repair business that has been run out of that house for many years.

You will have to look for 2026 Manton Street since the residents of 2028 Manton have no house number displayed anywhere on their residence.

Sorry about the sideways pic. This one is correct. Also, I have lived on this street for over 10 years. Is there a way to see if, and how many times, the residents of 2028 have been reprimanded (and ticketed) for this ongoing issue?
