Description

The pedestrian signal at the Ferry & State St intersection does not work. I pressed the button and waited through 3 or 4 cycles of the lights before I just crossed. I then waited at the bus-stop and watched several others go through the same thing. The red palm never became a white walking man. I noticed this happening last week and it is still happening this week. The intersection sees a lot of traffic
