Wall along 200 block of Hartrey in Evanston once again needs to be cleared of trash! It is an eyesore!!
Also we need City of Evanston to contact CTA to have them clear the mess under the Skokie Swift tracks again on 200 block of Hartrey. Rugs have been dumped there over a year ago. This mess has not been cleaned up probably going on two years!!!
