Description

This car repeatedly parks illegally on a no standing lane right behind the new Trader Joe's on 14th Street. The owner leaves the car here for days. Often my condo building can not dispose of our garbage because of this illegally parked car. Could the city PLEASE enforced parking laws and have this car towed??? Thanks.
