2004 dodge Durango Limited, Silver, CA 5KBL977

This truck has been parked here and hasn't moved in months! People come here and drop off cars and don't touch them till they get towed away, this is one of them. It was parked here over 6 months ago and I haven't seen it move since.

It's taking up valuable parking that other people are in desperate need of. Not just home owners, but apartment residents as well. This issue cascades into parking issues for other surrounding residences as well. Both This block of springs rd and the next block over Kentucky street have lots of abandoned/broken/crashed cars that take up valuable parking that is needed for these locations and it's causing a real burden on local residents. Please try to address this as soon as possible.
