This house consistently parks vehicles near the stop sign on both Russet and 217th Visibility is significantly compromised at the intersection This has been going on since April This was discussed in our recent HOA meeting and this submission was the recommended course of action. Children have nearly been hit and almost daily there is a near miss with vehicular traffic Additionally, residents are concerned that the situation could prevent emergency vehicles from quickly getting down Russet Rd in an emergency
