Description

In the backyard of the property at 20 Perkins Avenue, there are bags of trash that have been there for six months and their neighbors are tired of looking at it. The trash problem at this residence has been reported in the past and it's still there. Unbelievable considering the City of Malden has a rampant RAT INFESTATION. Also, the grass is at least four feet high and needs to be cut.
