Sharraxaadda

This has been a four way flashing red for several weeks now, previously a regular traffic light. I don't mind it this way, however, every time I go through this intersection, at least one other driver fails to completely stop, or even remotely stop. It is dangerous if the four way stop cannot be enforced.
