Another brown bin missing from 116 today. Disappeared between 8 and 11 AM when trash pickup happened. No bins remaining for 114/116 Foster.
Neighbors' empty bins are still on the sidewalk
Is there a reason that the collectors might be taking our bins? Improper placement?

Hello anonymous,
Our city never steals anybody's toters. The problem of missing toters revolves around the fact that some people who are missing toters choose to steal other people's toters. It's a domino effect that never ends.
