Once again Lakeland was not done, this is our scheduled day as the radio was announcing we were getting done today. Roads are terrible, could EASILY be scraped to bare pavement and an extra min or two taken to clear off sidewalks so maybe us people without driveways could easily park on the streets! Everytime snow removal is done, the side with sidewalks gets completely buried and the side with driveways get nothing. Make sense? It takes barely any extra time to push it a little further on to lawns. The "working system" isn't so great.

Today marks the end of week 1 of the Residential Snow Plowing Service for the City.
Crews completed approximately 80% of our residential areas in week 1. But with colder temperatures on the way, our plan is to complete all remaining areas early next week.
In week 2 of the Residential Snow Plowing Service, crews will clear all remaining areas on Monday and Tuesday in lieu of following the normally scheduled service.
Areas to be finished up on Monday will be Countryside North, Countryside South, Signature Falls, O’Brien Lake, Mission Heights, Pinnacle Ridge and Westpointe.
Areas to be finished up on Tuesday will be Royal Oaks, Northridge and Lakeland.
