Description
Brush removal was scheduled for sept 27th in this area. They came before this date and have never been back. I called and they told me sometimes they will start early but will be back to get any that was put out for the sept 27th date they were scheduled for. Whats the point of a scheduled day if they are going to come on a earlier day? Anyway the brush is still here on December 8th.Whats up with that?

If the trucks finish an area prior to the start date of the next route, they will go ahead and make a sweep thru the next area. On the scheduled start date the trucks go back to the beginning of the route, and start over. Operating this way and trying to stay ahead help us to stay on route, and not get behind. The next scheduled route for your area will begin on January 23, 2012. If you would like to provide your address we will be glad to send a supervisor out to try and determine why your brush may not have been collected.

In a perfect world,the trucks would go back thru on the scheduled start date, but of course this didnt happen. On our short little street of Sinbad dr, are at least 5 houses that they missed- 2916,2923,2928,2939,2951 Sinbad Dr 37214
If you were to circle around onto Cottonwood and Ebony Dr you will clearly see more piles that shows indeed they didnt come back.This has been since Sept 27th. When I phoned your office, when they came earlier than expected, she assured me that they always come back when they are finished with all areas. That is conflicting with your answer of ,they will start at the beginning on scheduled date. It would be wonderful if this matter could be resolved by someone picking up the brush ASAP. THANK YOU
