As far as I can tell, the signs are also very out of date and expired months ago. I sincerely hope if this is the case, the owners will be appropriately fined. This has been causing problems on S St for months and I'd greatly appreciate if it was handled swiftly.

Yes, the traffic because of this is terrible. Owners should be fined in proportion to the overage.
