6 police vehicles are idling on the sidewalks at the entrances all around Rittenhouse Square. They were there last night (12/1 PM) as well and again the morning of 12/2.

i've seen this too. they are trying to "protect" rittenhouse square from the 99%. i think their time could be put to better use.

I saw this at Love Park as well. The vehicle was parked and unoccupied by the police who stood chatting for thirty minutes while the cars idled.
