This is what happens when our Council allows vagrants to set up housekeeping in our downtown. Contrary to what the Council may think, installing portable bathrooms and hand wash stations is not the answer. The city removed them but the idea to put them downtown in the first place was a mistake , something we have come to expect from the Council. The answer is make it uncomfortable for vagrants. FOOS
