Opis
The guardrail on SB Capital Blvd over Wake Forest Rd / Atlantic Ave has been damaged. Several sections of rail are dangling above the traveling public. Same caution tape haphazardly strung up. Been this way several weeks and needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt.
