On the north side of the 1200 block of S street NW there are at least 7 out of state plates. This is a residents only parking area. I drove around the neighborhood for one hour with my three sleeping children in the back before deciding to park illegally in the alley because of literally not knowing what to do with my car. Please monitor this area more frequently or increase the fines. Thank you very much for your work.
