Descrizione

Hot water heater problems in the basement of this 17-unit building since early this year, & boiler finally died last Thursday, October 16. The residents have had no hot water or heat since (8 days).
Landlord, Dr. Trevor Gottfried / J&M REALTY (718-746-3057) has provided no information as to when this will be repaired, & tenants are reporting to the city via 311 (by phone, & online) daily.

We called your landlord on your behalf. He insists that the tenants have been notified of ongoing repairs. He expects the work to be completed today. If your heat and hot water are restored, please close this post.

The only notice we've had the whole past week (despite our calls to him, the super - who is not onsite - & the city) is a handwritten note in magic marker taped to the inside door (see attached). We've been showering at friends' or the gym, & appreciate your reaching out & the added pressure on him to finally act. We are not onsite at the moment, but will update once back at the building tonight. Fingers crossed...
