It would be really great if instead of just saying the issue was resolved, you told us how it was resolved! In this case, you could say a tree was actually planted and even attach a picture of the new tree. I have not had great experience with closed actions actually being resolved, so it would be really helpful for you to be more informative and transparent. Thanks!
