Poor drainage concept and no broom leads to consistent pooling of mud on the basketball court. There used to be a broom but someone broke it and now user-maintenance is a thing of the past and the situation gets worse after each rain.
I would gladly discuss a public-private effort to solve this issue so please feel free to contact me directly if this is of interest.
