Dear PWA: This so-called "hole" is a little dip in the garden soil adjacent to the house that poses no hazard to anybody. It is visible from the sidewalk, but not in the public right of way.

Hole is growing.

This is the pipe that has been leaking for over 2 months.

Last night's heavy rain has caused this hole to grow. The water is not being directed away from the side of this property, and it is evident by the rotting/crumbling foundation (as well as this sinkhole). There are currently large sections of dirt spread across the sidewalk (dirt that was pushed out of this hole during the rains)
