The area around the new "van white parkway" & glen wood has been targeted since the bridge opened! My husband (through his rear view mirror) & I saw a guy on his bike during the day (4:30) with a BIG backpack tag an electrical panel cover. We couldn't turn around where we were on the bridge. I think the tagging is happening during the day, there are no lights at night they can't admire their work! It has gotten suddenly bad.
