Description
Conflicting traffic signals at the intersection of Rhode Island Ave NW, M St NW, and Connecticut Ave NW. I commute down RI ave every morning and have not encountered this issue until today. Coming westbound from RI ave, the traffic signal on the right side of the road was red while the the traffic signal on the left was green. I was waiting for the traffic signal on the right to change but everyone behind me was honking and yelling. This is a major safety issue.
