First street nw between U and V streets is closed, local resident parking only. At least 8 cars have been going back and forth through the closed street sign. There are about 10 cars parked from VA and MD and no room for residents to park. No one enforcing the closed road sign. These out of state cars have been parked for about 4 hours now. Please come ticket them and enforce the closed street.
