yes, there is often dumping of large objects on this corner, propped against the building or thrown on the ground by the wall.
it seems that the case has been "closed" though. I planned on walking by this evening to see if it was cleared or just ignored. Using this service, SeeClickFix, has proved helpful and positive in the past, so I am expecting to see the job complete as in rubbish removed.
