Beschreibung

The land developer at 4620 powers ferry rd has had his orange construction fencing on our property for nearly 3 years now. 1/3 of their driveway is actually on our property, and the developer (Peter Karamanolis) released the easement of use back to us in February of this year. So he no longer has any legal right to use any part of my land. Last Friday, a city of sandy springs truck came out and replaced the fencing with fresh, but it is still on my land, and I would like it removed immediately. One of our neighbors recently had a similar problem with fencing, but because they never spoke up, they ended up losing their land. I just want it documented in writing and in an official capacity that Peter has been, and is continuing to, trespass on my property. He does not have our permission to use it. The above photo shows a rough estimate of our property line, but I’m happy to also send you a copy of their land survey. The survey shows that they know the land belongs to me. The markings were him attempting to buy the strip of land from me back in 2018. We declined to sell, but he has continued to use the space as his own. And I do not consent to that. **ONLY 1 PHOTO WAS ALLOWED, BUT HAPPY TO SEND SURVEY AT YOUR REQUEST.**
