Cedar Hill lost another cherished item, our speed sign! The Merchants Association is working hard to keep Cedar Hill safe. Traffic calming is a high priority. We also purchased 10 planters just about 3 nor 4 years ago and now are we down to 4 planters due to speeding cars. It just seems to go on and on! This is a significant blow because we pretty much exhausted all of our Cedar Hill Merchants Association’s funds to purchase this sign in hopes it would help our problem. Every time we take a step forward, it seems the speeding traffic draws us a further backwards.
On Sunday a neighbor noticed a Bucket type Truck from Traffic & Parking haul away out damaged speed sign. We would love to get it back repaired!!
We also lost a tree recently planted by URI.
