Yesterday I took a large trash bag and went half a block on Mondale at Griffin...Thats as far as I got until it was full. There are empty alcohol bottles all along the roadway. Is someone just walking along and drinking, driving along and drinking and then just tossing the bottles. Judging from all the panhandlers in the nearby businesses Im guessing they get a lot of alcohol from that liquor store at Griffin and Mckinley.

I have seen this as well and its hard to miss it. Its gotten much worse over the past few months.

Thank you for clearing out the transients and trash. Would it be possible to trim all the overgrowth there as it will probably only encourage the transients to return.....and also still looks unkempt.

When I go for walks around the neighborhood I sometimes take a bag and pick up trash. Its still alarming to continue to find numerous small liquor bottles, I probably picked up 20 just the other day on Mondale st. A lot of these are just left by the sidewalk. Also found along streets surrounding the school. What must the kids think.
