This tree is in rough shape along with many others along Winter Street. I am not a tree expert, but I know it is not a good sign when the bark is fallen off the tree along with the discoloration. We could be running into serious issues in the near future. We may want to consider replacing these trees with trees that do not grow as tall into the electrical wires. Most of these trees are being disfigured and improperly cut in order to keep the limbs off the wires.
