I called frontier after official 3 gave me the ph# Tuesday. I called again yesterday and was given confirmation #7866787 with service date of 04/01/2022. I expressed it's not safe to wait. She said she'll expedite. I called again today. Same reply. This box is disengaged from 2 wires, now dangling from one. Bangs into pole when wind blows.
