There are cars that either have very little muffler, or none at all, which zip up and down Liberty Street by Roger Sherman, Newton Street, Orient, Pearl, etc many times a day, and all hours of the night. This wakes the kids, and making us parents very frustrated, and very tired in the morning. With extended day coming for School in September (7:30am - 3:40pm), we will have to put our children to bed much earlier, and noise like this will not help. Thank you.
