I live next door at 1223 Pierce Street and the rental house at 1221 Pierce has had an ongoing problem with trash/junk in both the front and back yards, driveway, porches, etc.

Most recently there has been a large amount of trash and items like old furniture, mattress and boxes in the front yard for several days.

One example is in the photo attached.
