I had in the past tried to get the city to keep this area clean and succeeded. This took over 2 years of constant pounding on the city to enforce the laws on the books. i feel as though i had accomplished my goal and the owner complied and cleaned up the area. I have since moved out of state and came back to visit friends to find that this area and all the other areas i reported over the past 5 years have gone back to being PIGSTYS!!!!!!!!!!The city of vallejo and its inhabitants should be ashamed of themselves for not rectifying this blight throughout the town! How sad! I come back and its filth everywhere. The city council should be ashamed of themselves.
