Deskripsyon
During the evening rush hour speeding cars cut down this small sidestreet to avoid the traffic on Darby rd. Installing a speedbump would deter these cars from speeding and ensure the safety of the many small children who live and play on this block in Havertown.

I've lived on W. Clearfield for 5 years and never noticed people really speeding until my work schedule changed and I was hope around 5PM. They really do cut through those streets pretty quickly. But I think the streets are too big and too far away from the main intersection to warrant DO NOT ENTER... during hours... signs.
While I originally disliked MagTRex's comment about keeping kids indoors, the other night when it was quite dark there were a couple of kids riding bicycles/tricycles in the middle of the street around Grasslyn/Decatur which is extremely dangerous. There are a couple of frequent flyers who don't stop at the stop signs at night, but they are mainly on Ellis and Woodleigh. Yes the dog and I are out a lot.
