Unfortunately, after about 3 weeks this is STILL HERE. There are 2 more spots further south on Meadows with lessor dumpings. Perhaps simplest to say they are both in the "usual" places, and depressing that this should be enough for the crews to easily find them- both further off the sidewalk than the original collection which intrudes onto the sidewalk. Hopefully this will be addressed soon. I understand the overload your crews deal with.
